Group Exercise Class Schedules

Aerobics, Low Impact and Reebok Step classes start as early as 5:30 a.m. and are held every day of the week. Try a class with one of the great Aerobics Instructors to trim up and firm your body. Special "low-impact" flooring helps you get results while protecting your joints, spine and lower back.
