CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Cardio
Step & Sculpt This workout includes a wide variety of step patterns and low impact choreography that will improve lower body strength as well as your cardiovascular system. Strength training is also included in this class.
Cardio Kickbox A powerful class combining boxing moves with traditional aerobics for a fun, intense, athletic workout.
Low Impact Aerobics Moderate to low intensity workout with basic choreography, always keeping one foot on the floor at all times.
Bootcamp This class combines both cardio and strength training using an athletic military style.
Zumba/Cardio Dance This class fuses the Latin and international rhythms of salsa, reggatone, country, rock’n’roll and more. Zumba, the Columbian word for “Party” combines dance and fitness moves into one exciting workout.
Cardio and Core Continuous cardiovascular workout featuring a variety of high low moves, kickbox and cycling. Followed by an intense ab workout.
X-Bike Cycling The X-Bike is the only indoor cycle that is undoubtedly the ultimate Cross Trainer. The X-Bars allow you to incorporate your Upper Body, Lower Body and CORE for a Total-Body workout.
Strength & Conditioning
Body Sculpt/ Muscle Mania Tone, define and strengthen with isolated movements. The use of hand-held weights, resistance tubing and other tools will be used for adding needed resistance for upper and lower body conditioning.
Belly Dancing An exciting way to tone and strengthen the body moving to exotic, sensual, Middle Eastern music.
Mind Body Classes
Yoga This proven relaxation and stretching program has endured throughout the centuries. This exercise class promotes flexibility, breathing and relaxation.
Relaxation / Meditation Treat yourself to 30 minutes of relaxation and get in tune with your body by learning proper breathing techniques.
Stress Buster with Roller Using a 3-foot foam roller, you will improve core strength, gain flexibility and release muscle tension. By performing a series of myofascial release techniques, you will increase joint mobility, correct imbalances and reduce pain.
