| Step & Sculpt | This workout includes a wide variety of step patterns and low impact choreography that will improve lower body strength as well as your cardiovascular system. Strength training is also included in this class. |
| Cardio Kickbox | A powerful class combining boxing moves with traditional aerobics for a fun, intense, athletic workout. |
| Low Impact Aerobics | Moderate to low intensity workout with basic choreography, always keeping one foot on the floor at all times. |
| Bootcamp | This class combines both cardio and strength training using an athletic military style. |
| Zumba/Cardio Dance | This class fuses the Latin and international rhythms of salsa, reggatone, country, rock’n’roll and more. Zumba, the Columbian word for “Party” combines dance and fitness moves into one exciting workout. |
