AI-CHI Your instructor will guide you through a self-exploratory journey of ancient Tai Chi and energize your workout for mind and body. (Low Impact) .
AQUA FLEX Enhance agility, range of motion in shallow water and gentle use of noodles to enhance your cardiovascular and muscular workout.
